AUPA’s central banking service for member businesses, their staff and family members is the Bendigo Bank – Fairy Meadow branch where personalised service is guaranteed by this community focussed bank. AUPA and its management have been amazed by the quality service and financial benefits it is now receiving since changing over to the Bendigo Bank.

As a result, it is now working with the bank to extend these benefits to its members which includes: business and personal banking, loans, investment and term deposits and credit card transactions.

As stated in AUPA’s Code of Practice, if a consumer has a problem with repairs and/or parts supplied by an AUPA member under the supplier’s warranty period and where they could not be reasonably expected to return the vehicle to the original repairer they can take it to another AUPA member for correction.

Providing, consent is first obtained from the original repairer and any costs to the original repairer are pre-approved. These costs must be negotiated between the two AUPA Members involved and paid promptly.
